Actor Sonu Sood has been known for playing supporting roles and villain characters in many movies in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, and has acted alongside top heroes like Jackie Chan, Salman Khan, Mahesh Babu, Ajith, Simbu etc.

Recently, in the wake of Coronavirus pandemic Sonu Sood offered his hotel as staying facility for health workers and now the actor has taken a massive step to feed the needy people impacted by the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown. Sonu has joined hands with Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for this activity.

Sonu Sood has been providing meals for more than 45,000 people in Mumbai every day in Andheri, Jogeshwari, Juhu and Bandra, and the actor has named this special food and ration drive as Shakti Annadanam named after his father and is planning to help as many people as possible.
