Actor Vikram is currently shooting for Gautham Menon’s ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ in Turkey. He is also simultaneously working on ‘Spyder’ directed by Vijay Chander of ‘Vaalu’ fame.
Apart from these two flicks, Vikram has committed himself for ‘Saamy 2’ the sequel to his 2003 blockbuster directed by Hari. The sequel to be helmed by the same director will be produced by Shibu Thameens and it will have Trisha and Keerthy Suresh as female leads. Bobby Simha will play the lead villain role. The film will have the music score of Devi Sri Prasad.
While the project was announced last year during the audio release of ‘Iru Mugan’ the film is yet to go on floors. Now comes the good news that ‘Saamy 2’ will finally commence its shoot on September 24, 2017 in Chennai.
