‘Vijetha’ is an educative family entertainer: Chiranjeevi

‘Vijetha’, which hit the screens on Thursday, stars Kalyaan Dhev in the lead.  Megastar Chiranjeevi today congratulated the team and appreciated the movie.

“I have been curious about this movie, whose title is the tile of one of my films.  I have watched the movie and I am very impressed.  I forgot myself watching it.  My ‘Vijetha’ endeared me to the family audience.  And the new ‘Vijetha’ too is a family entertainer.  The film bats for family values, parent-children relationship, etc.  It talks about being responsible.  It’s an educative film,” Chiru said.

“Youngsters are these days getting attracted to the wrong kind of things and forgetting family values.  We are seeing so many parents are worried about the future of their kids.  ‘Vijetha’ should be watched by such people.  Director Rakesh Sashi has done a wonderful job,” the ‘Sye Raa’ actor averred.

He described the film as a heart-touching, emotional drama.  “Murali Sharma garu has done a great job as a middle-class father.  Even his small expressions are great.  He has lived the role as a father who sacrifices his dreams for the sake of his family.  His acting in the climax is stunning.  He should get awards as the best character artist for the year,” Chiru said.

He later appreciated his son-in-law, saying that Kalyaan Dhev has acted without inhibitions.  “He is subtle in is performance.  He will prove himself as an actor,” Chiru noted.
