Man self-pleasures in front of ladies’ hostel, woman posts video on FB

Off lately, there has been a lot of incidences done by men which had surpassed the boundaries of decency and put women at a real uncomfortable, unsafe spot. Only a few months back, a man was arrested for masturbating in bus when a woman captured it in camera and shared it in her Facebook account.

Now in a shockig incident, a man was seen self pleasuring himself near a ladies hostel in Guwahati in the wee hours of the morning.The man works as a security guard in a nearby automobile showroom. One of the women from the hostel captured it in her phone and shared the video online. “It’s very disgusting when you come across this thing early morning at 5:30 am. I don’t feel safe to open my window becoz of this guy,” she stated and posted.

The Commissioner of Police in Guwahati has told that nobody has come forward with a complaint as of now. And once if anyone comes with a complaint, action will be taken.
