Another popular actor confirms joining Vijay’s Thalapathy 64

Following the success of Bigil, Vijay is currently busy with the shoot of the untitled Thalapathy 64, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Each new addition to the cast is being announced on a weekly basis, much to the excitement of the fans.

Actor Prem Kumar has officially confirmed that he is joining hands with Vijay for the second time in Thalapathy 64, following Sarkar. “I’m so happy to tell you all that I’m a part of the ensemble cast of #Thalapathy64! (sic)” his post on Twitter read. The actor was last seen in Suriya’s Kaappaan, Siddharth and G.V. Prakash’s Sivappu Manjal Pachai, and Tamanna’s Petromax.

While Malavika Mohanan has signed up to play the female lead, Vijay Sethupathi will be essaying the villain role. ‘Angamaly Diaries’ star Antony Varghese, Andrea, and Shanthanu Bhagyaraj are also playing significant roles in the film. Produced by Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators, Thalapathy 64 will have music composed by Anirudh.
