Vijay Sethupathi tackles probing questions of reporter

Vijay Sethupathi recently attended a press meet where reporters enquired him regarding his upcoming movie, Seethakathi. One of the reporters questioned him about the issues faced by producers and the entire crew of movies with respect to the release dates. When Vijay Sethupathi insisted that it was a complicated process and that such things were bound to happen, the reporter further probed him about the role of the producers’ council in this and asked him why they weren’t able to fix the issue. The actor further explained that the issue might seem unchallenging superficially, but, in fact, there were too many barriers involved, and that nobody was to be blamed singularly. He finally lost his cool and decided to move on when the reporter tried to generate a controversy by not letting go of the subject.

Seethakathi, directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan, hits the screens on December 20.
