The excitement surrounding Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming action drama, Kingdom, has skyrocketed following the release of its electrifying teaser. Directed by the talented Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film has already captured the imagination of fans.
Adding to the buzz, producer Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainment has officially confirmed that Kingdom will be a two-part franchise. During the promotion of Mad Square, Vamsi clarified that the decision to split the film into two parts was driven by the story’s expansive scope and scale rather than a mere commercial strategy.
“We didn’t extend the story just to make it a two-part franchise. The film has the scope and scale to release in two parts,” he stated.
Vamsi also emphasized that Kingdom delivers on all fronts, including a gripping screenplay, logical storytelling, grandeur, and high-octane action sequences. He revealed that the title for the second part—whether it will be called Kingdom Square or Kingdom Part 2—will be decided based on the box office performance and reach of the first installment.
An official confirmation over the same is expected to be out soon.
