Venkatesh injures himself during shoot

‘Victory’ Venkatesh has injured himself during the making of a song on the set of ‘Venky Mama’.  The senior actor was shaking the leg with ‘Rx 100’ actress Payal Rajput when he suffered a sprain.  Since he couldn’t move freely, the actor was taken to a hospital where the doctors performed minor treatment and advised Venky to rest himself for a few days.  Director Bobby and others have temporarily stalled the shoot.

Starring also Naga Chaitanya and Raashi Khanna, the village-based drama is scheduled for a theatrical release later this year. With music by SS Thaman and cinematography by Prasad Murella, the entertainer has editing by Prawin Pudi.  Bankrolled by Suresh Productions, People Media Factory and Kona Corporation are co-producing the movie.
