After many months of hectic pre-production, director Shankar recently announced that the sequel to 'Imsai Arasan 23 aam Pulikesi' will commence shooting shortly to be directed by the original helmer Chimbu Devan.
In the 2006 blockbuster, 'Imsai Arasan 23 aam Pulikesi', Vadivelu played two different roles of a bungling King and his long lost revolutionist twin brother. It has now come to light that in the sequel the Vaigai Puyal will actually play triple roles which is a major highlight of the project. The official announcement and the details about the rest of the cast and crew will be unveiled by S Pictures in the coming days.
