Upasana Kamineni Konidela Shares Her Spiritual Journey with Sai Baba

Philanthropist and entrepreneur Upasana Kamineni Konidela recently opened up about her deep-rooted spiritual beliefs and the significant role Sai Baba has played in her life. In a heartfelt video, Upasana shared how observing Sai Baba’s vrat (fast) helped her navigate one of the most difficult phases in her life.

“Everyone has a favorite deity. My husband Ram Charan is deeply devoted to Ayyappa Swamy, and for me, it has always been Sai Baba,” she said. “Since childhood, I’ve seen my grandparents and parents practice their faith with such sincerity and discipline. That environment had a strong impact on me.”

Upasana recalled a particularly challenging time when she felt lost and unable to make clear decisions. It was then that her family suggested she begin observing Sai Baba’s vrat. Taking their advice to heart, she started reading the Sai Baba Vrat Katha and soon began noticing positive changes in her mindset and surroundings.

“I started feeling more optimistic, and people around me sensed that shift too,” she shared. “These might seem like small changes, but for me, they brought about a major transformation in my personality.”

She went on to express how faith can bring clarity in moments of confusion. “When nothing seems to be working, turning to a spiritual path like fasting can bring peace and direction. Sometimes, faith can do what no medicine in the world can,” Upasana said.
