Hired cabs services have become very notorious for crimes small to big. Sometimes they are funny sometimes they are serious. Surya Oruganti was the passenger. When he landed up in Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, he was in for a shock.

Not only that the driver was in an inebriated condition, but also not the driver which the app showed to Surya. However, Surya took the matter into his own hands. He ended up driving the car for 30 km by himself.

Surya also recorded the incident on his social page tagging Uber along with the video footage. Hope the cab-hailing service doesn’t repeat it and most importantly amp up their security measures.
 

@Uber_India, the ride back from Bangalore airport was not quite what I expected. The driver was drunk and drowsy. I had to pull the car over to the side and I drove all the way home. Pic with the driver in the rider seat passed out.
