Actor Jayam Ravi had last appeared in the hit movie Comali directed by debutant Pradeep Ranganathan, and even before the release of this movie had started shooting for his milestone 25th movie directed by Romeo Juliet and Bogan director Lakshman.

Currently the actor is shooting for his 26th movie which has been said to be titled Jana Gana Mana, and this movie directed by Vamanan, Endrendrum Pinnagai and Manithan director Ahmed is being shot in Azerbaijan. This movie is said to have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

While it was earlier announced that Taapsee Pannu will play the female lead, and Dayana Erappa and Elnaaz Norouzi will have important roles in the movie, now actors Rahman and MS Bhaskar have joined the cast and are shooting in Azerbaijan. The movie is said to be a spy thriller and all of them are reportedly playing intelligence agents.
