We all know that 'Jailer' is going to be one of the most exciting multi-starrers in the country featuring superstars from multiple industries. Directed by Nelson, Superstar Rajinikanth headlines the titular role while Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Jackie Shroff play key roles with Mohanlal appearing for a special cameo.

Currently, the Jailer shooting is briskly progressing in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It was already reported that the cast and crew including Rajini and Jackie Shroff are present in this schedule. Now, the latest update is that the Malayalam legendary actor Mohanlal has joined the schedule of Jailer. A BTS picture of Rajinikanth and Mohanlal from Rajasthan has been rocking the internet since yesterday.

Jailer is produced by Sun Pictures and has music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film's star cast also includes Yogi Babu, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Mirna, Dancer Ramesh and others. The technical team includes Vijay Kartik Kannan as the DOP, Nirmal as the editor and DRK Kiran as the art director. The makers are aiming for a grand Diwali release.
