TV serial actress Sravani Kondapalli, known for soaps such as ‘Manasu Mamatha’ and ‘Mouna Ragam’, is no more. She was found dead at her residence in Hyderabad’s Madhura Nagar.
Reports say that the youngster died by suicide by hanging herself. After she was found in an unconscious state, her parents rushed her to a nearby hospital. Sravani was dead by then.
As quoted by a national daily, Sravani’s parents have alleged that their daughter had resorted to the extreme step because she was unable to bear the trauma of being harassed by her boyfriend, Devraj Reddy, who hails from Kakinada. The guy is reported to have got close to Sravani and started subjecting her to mental trauma. The duo knew each other through TikTok.
The victim’s parents have already lodged a police complaint against the man. The SR Nagar police have registered their complaint and are said to have started a probe.
