The trailer of Raghava Lawrence's 'Shivalinga', directed by P Vasu, establishes the movie as an action-filled horror entertainer. Lawrence's character is modeled after Rajinikanth's from 'Chandramukhi'. He is Mr. Intelligent Sivalinga who alone can scare the daylights out of the spirit.

Rithika Singh of 'Saala Khadoos' and Guru' fame is the heroine. Gravity-defying action apart, there is glitz and boisterousness that is typically associated with Lawrence's dances. There are is a court room battle, there are graveyards, then there are warnings whcih our hero expectedly ignores.

Radha Ravi, Jayaprakash, Pradeep Rawat and others are part of the cast. Thaman has music-directed the film. The cinematography is by Sarvesh Murari. Lyrics have been penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. Art direction is by Durairaj. Stunts are by Anal Arasu and Dinesh. Editing is by Suresh.
