Trailer Review: ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’

'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' reminds one of the violent Allu Arjun from 'Sarrainodu', minus his romantic ways perhaps.  If Bunny went to the extent of wooing an MLA, the hero of 'JJN' is initially romance-proof.  His heroine, played by the gorgeous Rakul Preet, has her task cut out: She has to transform him into a lover boy.

But that's not the harder part.  She is endangered by a blood-curdling Jagapathi Babu.  The hero too has his task cut out.  He has to eliminate them by dime a dozen.  This line puts his elimination 'processes' in perspective: "Shavalu lekka pettukodaniki, mee thathalu digi ravali".

One elder (Kollywood star Sarathkumar) told him that she can't ever cry.  And if she cries, he will snuff out a villain's life.  'Nuv edisthe, veedni champestha', a super-ferocious Bellamkonda Srinivas says.

DSP's background music and Rishi Punjabi's cinematography are top-notch in the Trailer.

The film hits the screens on August 11th.
