‘Parking’ fame director Ramkumar Balakrishnan, who recently lost the opportunity to direct Rajinikanth’s Thalaivar 173 (now helmed by Cibi Chakravarthi), is moving forward with exciting new plans. He has reportedly met Sivakarthikeyan and narrated a story to him.
According to industry sources, Shanthi Talkies has shown interest in producing this potential collaboration. This development comes after earlier talks for Rajinikanth’s project did not materialize, with Cibi Chakravarthi stepping in following Sundar C’s exit.
Additionally, actor Silambarasan (Simbu) has spoken to Ramkumar over the phone. Discussions are underway about reviving their older project under Dawn Pictures — if the production house does not proceed, they are considering another producer to launch it soon.
With these multiple threads, an official announcement about Ramkumar’s next directorial venture is expected shortly. A potential Sivakarthikeyan-Ramkumar team-up has already generated significant excitement among fans!
Stay tuned for more updates — Ramkumar’s next project could be one of the most anticipated in Tamil cinema!
