Tovino Thomas’s ‘Narivetta’ Gears Up for Digital Premiere on Sony LIV from July 11

After receiving widespread critical acclaim during its theatrical run, the hard-hitting Malayalam action-drama “Narivetta” is now all set for its much-anticipated digital premiere on Sony LIV, starting July 11. Directed by Anuraj Manohar and produced by Tippu Shan and Shiyas Hassan under the India Cinema Company banner, the film features Tovino Thomas in one of the most intense and career-defining performances of his journey so far.

Narivetta tells the gripping story of Varghese, a principled and duty-bound young man assigned to Wayanad, a region simmering with unrest. His posting places him in the middle of a powerful land rights protest led by Adivasi communities who have long been denied what is rightfully theirs. What starts as a seemingly routine assignment soon evolves into a whirlwind of moral dilemmas, personal transformation, and haunting consequences that challenge Varghese’s beliefs to the core.
