Time ticking for Guntur Kaaram Dum Masala

Mahesh Babu is all set to unveil the first song from his upcoming film, “Guntur Kaaram,” named “Dum Masala.” The song teaser, released on Sunday, features foot-tapping music that has piqued the curiosity of his fans. Thaman S is the music composer for the film.In the teaser, you catch a glimpse of a mortar and pestle grinding chillies for the Dum Masala, followed by a silhouette of Mahesh Babu as he exits a jeep, with a gate opening before him. 

The teaser culminates with a clear view of Mahesh smoking a cigarette.Exciting news! The makers have announced that the song “Dum Masala” will be launched at 4:05 PM on November 7, in celebration of director Trivikram Srinivas’ birthday. Thaman has composed the track, with lyrics by Ramajogayya Sastry. The song is sung by Sanjith Hegde and Thaman S.

The song promo can be viewed on YouTube, accompanied by a description that declares, “The highly inflammable Superstar @urstrulyMahesh is here to IGNITE the screens with a MASS BLAST!”The description goes on to introduce “Guntur Kaaram” as their upcoming Telugu feature film starring Superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role. The film is directed by Trivikram, featuring music by Thaman S, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, and editing by Navin Nooli. Art direction is by A.S Prakash, and the film is produced by S Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under Haarika & Hassine Creations.

Notably, “Guntur Kaaram” marks the reunion of director Trivikram Srinivas and Mahesh Babu after 12 years, following their successful collaborations in “Athadu” and “Khaleja.” The film is described as an action drama and also stars Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Jayaram, Prakashraj, and Sunil. It is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 12, 2024.
