Theft at MS Dhoni’s Rented House, 3 Arrested

Noida Police has arrested three individuals involved in a burglary at MS Dhoni’s house. The house which was on rent to Vikram Singh was robbed in April. The thief also stole from other houses in the area. Rahul, Bablu, and Ikhlaq were arrested on Thursday. The men had stolen an LED television from MSD’s house during some renovation work. In order to destroy evidence, they also stole a Digital Video Recorder. 

By pretending to sell items in the area, the men did a preliminary search to find empty houses. A police officer said: “They would look at houses with no lights switched on, and ring the doorbell multiple times to observe if someone came out — just to ensure no one was inside before breaking into it.” As of now, items including nine batteries, three inverters, five laptops, and five LED TVs have been recovered. Other members may also be a part of the gang.
