The government on Monday said that cinema halls and multiplexes in Telangana can be opened with immediate effect. In this regard, a host of guidelines were issued. As warranted by the Centre’s guidelines, seating capacity can’t exceed the 50% mark. (Note: Theatres in containment zones can’t be opened).
And here are the other guidelines:
All persons, including staff, vendors and audience, have to compulsorily wear a face mask all the time.
Hand sanitizers should be made available at entry and exit points and other common areas.
After each screening, sanitizations of the entire premises has to be carried out.
The temperature setting of all air-conditioning devices should be in the range of 24-30 degree celsius.
Relative humidity should be in the range of 40-70%. Recirculation of air should be avoided. Intake of fresh air must be made possible.
Show timings should be staggered so crowd management doesn’t get affected during intervals. This applies more to multiplexes.
