Percussionist and music director Drums Sivamani is best known for playing instruments like drums, octoban, darbuka, udukai, ghatam and kanjira. He recently met music director Thaman and they shared some memorable time with each other

Music Director Thaman who calls SIvaman his master took to his Twitter and posted a video of their jam session. The forty seconds video is filled with energy and their absolute talent. Posting this video Thman wrote Congo inggggggg !! After ages with my guru @drumssivamani #RhythmisGod"

Sivamani also gifted Thaman a pair of drumsticks. Thaman thanked him for his love and wrote "A Small Token of Love and Blessings From the Master Himself * Kodo O Daiko * drumsticks." The video and pictures are doing the rounds on the internet.

On the professional front, Thaman is roped in to score music for Ace director Shankar's upcoming film RC15. Ram Charan and Kiara Advani have signed to play the lead in this pan-Indian film. Thaman is also expected to work with Vijay in Thalapathy 66.
