Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ creates international record 6 weeks before release?

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj and his team are working round the clock in the postproduction work for Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ which is a much awaited biggie in pan Indian cinema.  Producer Lalit Kumar has already locked the release date as October 19th in the lucrative long Ayudha Puja holidays.  He has already revealed that I’Leo’ has created the biggest expectations in the history of Tamil cinema and will break all previous records at the box office. 

It has been reported that in Britain, the advance bookings for the gangster film will begin six weeks before release.  Sources say that  ‘Leo’ will be the first Indian film to open reservations so much earlier.   The same reports further add that like the UK, distributors from few other countries including France, Germany and the US are also contemplating opening the booking a few weeks in advance.  However in the home ground Tamil Nadu theaters are planning to accept advance reservations only in the first weekend of October.

‘Leo’ has music by Anirudh and stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, , Mysskin, Gautham Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Sandy and Action King Arjun among others.
