Thalapathy Vijay is set to appear in the upcoming sci-fi action film 'The Greatest Of All Time' (GOAT), scheduled for release on September 5. Director Venkat Prabhu announced the commencement of the film's background music (BGM) work yesterday. Reports indicate that the film's third single is expected to be released in the first week of August.
With the film's release slated for September, the audio launch event for 'GOAT' ideally should take place in August. However, recent reports suggest that the team has not yet planned the ceremony, and there is only a 50% chance of it happening. It is noteworthy that Thalapathy Vijay's recent films, 'Beast' and 'Leo,' also skipped audio launch functions for various reasons.
Sources reveal that Thalapathy Vijay is focusing on preparations for the first conference of his Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, set to take place in Trichy. This conference is expected to occur in September, creating a possibility for a grand music release ceremony for 'GOAT' in August. Fans are eagerly awaiting an official clarification.
The musical score for 'GOAT' is being composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, with cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni and editing by Venkat Raajen. The film features Vijay in dual roles, supported by a stellar cast: Prabhu Deva, Mohan, Prashanth, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Vaibhav, Yogi Babu, Premgi Amaren, and Yugendran.
