Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Bigil’ released on October 25th is going all guns blazing in the opening weekend across the globe and is poised to become one of the mass hero’s biggest hits if the trend continues into the next week too. Fans are celebrating Vijay’s variety performance as the gangster Rayappan and his son the sportsman Michael alias Bigil.
Director Atlee was in an online tete a tete with fans and one of them asked him if the backstory of the gangster Rayappan will be made as a prequel to ‘Bigil’ as his character has many interesting traits to it. Atlee has said a big yes to it and it now remains to be seen when the project will take off but judging by the response to the character ‘Rayappan’ could well be the title of ‘Thalapathy 65’ or ‘Thalapathy 66’.
