Lokesh Kanagaraj packing this many surprises in ‘Thalapathy 67’? – Big Sambavam Loading!

Lokesh Kanagaraj after delivering the all time blockbuster industry hit ‘Vikram’ starring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil has taken a long break from social media.  Obviously he has moved on to the scripting of his next movie which as everyone knows is ‘Thalapathy 67’.

So far we know that ‘Thalapathy 67’ marks the reunion of the ‘Master’ team of Thalapathy Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Anirudh and Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios.  Now it is said that the film has six villains in all who will lock horns with Vijay and the team is keen to get Bollywood veteran Sanjay Dutt, Mollywood superstar Prithviraj and a leading Telugu hero.  

It is also said that Samantha Ruth Prabhu is more or less confirmed as the leading lady of ‘Thalapathy 67’ while the script also has another strong female character who will be played by a big Bollywood actress.  Talks have reportedly started and the ensemble cast will be announced in a couple of months time.

Sources say that Lokesh Kanagaraj will lock the script by October and ‘Thalapathy 67’ touted to be gangster film set in Mumbai will go on floors later this year.  Looks like the ace director is packing too many surprises for his and Thalapathy fans that should be a big treat for all sections of the audiences.
