Whoa! Thalapathy 67 title and release date officially revealed in this epic teaser!

The wait is finally over and the moment that every Kollywood fan has been waiting for arrived. The title and release date of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Thalapathy 67’ was officially unleashed with a kickass promo. The close to 3-minute video is a complete treat for the Thalapathy fans.

Thalapathy 67 is titled ‘Leo’. The title teaser shows Vijay brewing chocolate and bladesmithing a sword in parallel cuts while a group of assassins is on their way to hunt him. Anirudh’s world-class song is the show stealer amid Vijay’s charisma and Lokesh’s making, undeniably. The video carries the release date – 19th October 2023, Pooja Holidays.

At the end of the promo, Vijay takes the red hot sword and dips it in fresh chocolate. He takes a taste of it and utters the dialogue, “bloody sweet”, revealing the powerful title. The stellar star cast comprises Thalapathy Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Trisha, Action King Arjun, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, Gautham Menon, Mathew Thomas and many others.

Produced by Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio, the technical team of Leo include Manoj Paramahamsa as the cinematographer, Philomin Raj as the editor and Anbariv masters as the stunt choreographers with Sathees Kumar as the art director and Dinesh as the choreographer. Directors Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy are collaborating with Lokesh for the script.
