Thala Ajith mentored unmanned flight creates world record

There is competition going on in Anna University where students from 111 colleges from the country have participated with thier unmanned flights.  The first price is 1lakh rupees with the second and third fetching rupees fifty thousand and twenty five thousand respectively.

The MIT team Daksha’s drone created a world record by flying nonstop for 6 hours.  The speciality here is that the team has Thala Ajith as its Helicopter test pilot and UAV system advisor and this one would sure make him proud.  These drones in the future would be used to carry medical supplies to remote and impenetrative areas where there are no other means of transportation possible.

On the professional front Thala Ajith will soon start shooting for the second schedule of his magnum opus ‘Viswasam’ directed by Siruthai Siva and costarring Nayanthara as his leading lady.
