The coronavirus lockdown has reportedly curbed the spread of the disease to a great extent in India and especially in Tamil Nadu. But still, people flock to stores forgetting social distancing and at least three lakh curfew violators have been fined and booked. The authorities are using ingenious methods to bring awareness to the public on the need to stay at home.
The Theni district police have used Thala Ajith’s mass scene in ‘Mankatha’ in which he orders his cronies to stay at home and be in hiding not as cowards but to spring back when the time comes. Ajith will then be seen whiling away his time by pacing in his room, reading, cooking and other activities.
Netizens are in appreciation for yet another creative device used by the police to bring the much needed awareness on staying indoors to the people.
