Popular television actress Raga Madhuri suffered injuries after an assault by her hairstylist Jyothika and her associates causing the show she was shooting for to be stopped. The actress became popular after starring in the Telugu series Jyothi and it has come to light that the attack was because of an earlier misunderstanding.

According to reports on June 16th Raga Madhuri returned home from her shoot and found that her costly chain was missing and she filed a case at the Banjara Hills police station suspecting her hair stylist Jyothika and her associates. The police then apparently summoned them for questioning and later the chain was found in the car the actress was traveling. Angered by the agony caused due to the false complaint Jyothika and the others attacked her on the sets itself.
