Goshamahal BJP MLA Raja Singh has made a laughing stock of himself. After Sunday’s nine-minute lights-off exercise, the firebrand leader and his supporters came out with fire torches and candles in their hands. Raja Singh and more than a dozen of his followers started chanting ‘China Virus, Go Back, Go Back’ slogans.
The childish incident has become nationally-known after sections of media reported it widely. Many on social media are trolling Raja Singh for the act. “Being an MLA, he should have been the first one to respect the lockdown but also social distancing rules. On top of it, he chanted a slogan as if Coronavirus is a human!” a Facebook user said.
