Actor Suriya is having an impressive lineup of films, as his next release NGK, the political thriller directed by critically acclaimed director Selvaraghavan has been announced as a May 31 release, and his 37th movie Kaappaan directed by Ayan and Maattrraan maker KV Anand has been scheduled to release on August 30.

Suriya had recently begun shooting for his 38th movie Soorarai Pottru directed by Sudha Kongara and costarring Aparna Balamurali and the film is said to be inspired by GR Gopinath's life. After numerous speculations on his next post Sudha's movie, now the official update is out on the 39th movie of Suriya.

As we had reported earlier, Suriya will team up with director Siva who is fresh from the success of his blockbuster Thala Ajith starrer Viswasam for his 39th movie , and this movie, tentatively referred to as Suriya39 is expected to be a mass family entertainer produced by Studio Green.
