Suriya’s character in ‘Navarasa’ revealed? Rocking new getup photos storm the internet

Suriya after the stupendous success of ‘Soorarai Pottru’ that is creating history on Amazon Prime Video has silently started shooting for his next ‘Navarasa’ produced by Mani Ratnam.  The Netflix original project which has nine segments directed by nine filmmakers is aimed to provide financial relief for the film workers of Tamil cinema and all the actors including Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swamy, Bobby Simha, Gautham Karthik and Kalidas Jayaram are working for free.

Suriya’s portion of ‘Navarasa’ is directed by Gautham Menon with P.C. Sriram serving as the cinematographer. Suriya’s new stunning look photos from the sets have gone viral on the internet.

The hardworking superstar is seen sporting long hair and clean-shaven and apparently plays a modern singer as there is a still that has him wearing a headband and in front of a microphone.  

It is still not official if Suriya is playing a singer or it is just for one scene. Another pic has him wearing a mask and in deep discussion with PC and also one that has GVM explaining his shot.
