Suriya salutes Malappuram people for their noble gesture!

Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic which has been destructive and horrible to say the least, Kerala which has been witnessing numerous cases in the second wave of the virus witnessed two more horrors in the form of landslides and a flight crash.

Last Saturday, an Air India Express flight from Dubai crashed at Kozhikode airport after bad weather conditions affected landing, leading to deaths of many people including the pilot and copilot. Many people from Malappuram came to rescue the injured passengers amidst rains and corona scare.

Actor Suriya has now expressed his condolences for the families of the deceased and has praised the noble gesture of Malappuram people and tweeted “My deep condolences to the grieving families… Prayers for speedy recovery of the injured! Salutes to the people of Malappuram & Respects to the pilots ???? #flightcrash”.
