‘Jailer’ is one of the magnum opus ventures from Tamil cinema, preparing for a pan-Indian release. It’s the upcoming film of Superstar Rajinikanth directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures. Thalaivar has completed shooting his portions and will start dubbing for the movie in June.
The latest is that Tamannaah, who plays a pivotal role in Jailer, took to her Instagram stories and shared a BTS picture from a song rehearsal for the film. She captioned, “#jailermovie Calm before the storm,” with a monkey blush emoji. This is said to be a grand song choreographed by Jani master.
Sources tell us that the entire shoot of Jailer is likely to be wrapped up with this song. The makers are planning to launch the first single in the June second week and the audio launch is slated to take place in Nehru Stadium, Chennai in July month. The post-production work is progressing parallelly and the action-comedy movie is on track for August 10 release.
The movie stars Rajinikanth, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa, Ramya Krishnan, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan, Redin Kingsley, Saravanan, Rithvik, Prabhakar and many others. Anirudh is composing the musical score with cinematography by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by Nirmal.
