Superstar Rajinikanth mass opening song details officially revealed

Superstar Rajinikanth for several decades has been delighting his fans with a mass opening song which have always been sung by S.P. Balasubramaiam.  There is one such mass song tuned by Anirudh for ‘Dabar’ too and the legendary singer has revealed unknown details about it.

According to SPB, an appreciation function is held in the opening sequence for Rajini who plays a cop.  The Thalaivar makes a speech telling the crowd why he should be appreciated for doing his duty and states that if he removes his khaki he is one among the common man and starts singing the song. The evergreen singer has also added that the song is a  marana mass one that would surpass the Rajini-Anirudh-SPB  combo’s ‘Petta’ opening song.

‘Darbar’ directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions stars Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Yogi Babu and Nivetha Thomas.  Shooting is continuing at a brisk pace and will be completed by August.
