There was confusion prevailing as to which film of Superstar Rajinikanth will release first. Audience are excitedly getting ready to welcome the much loved Superstars's mega budget sci-fi flick '2.0' and also 'Kaala'. The former directed by Shankar was supposed to release on January 25, 2018 and the latter directed Pa.Ranjith is expected to release in April 2018. 

Since the announcement that Bollywood film 'Padman' will releasing on January 26th it was rumored that '2.0' has been postponed to April and 'Kaala' will precede its release. However Dhanush the producer of 'Kaala' will not release in January 2018. Now, Superstar Rajinikanth himself has confirmed that '2.0' will be releasing first and 'Kaala' will hit the screens after that. 

The Superstar has given this confirmation in an extempore interaction with media persons in the airport. Hope this puts an end to rumors and speculations as to which film of the Superstar will release first.
