Sumanth opens up on why he chose to separate from ex-wife Keerthy Reddy

Sumanth had married Keerthy Reddy in 2004 and by 2006, they were already divorced. Both the actors never spoke about how they fell in love and why they even got divorced.

Sumanth is 45 years old, and it has been 14 years since he got separated from his ex-wife and chose to stay single. But recently, in an interview he has given to a popular YouTube channel, Sumanth was asked about why he never chose to spoke about his marriage, which was a failure.

To this, Sumanth said, “I split up with her two years after marriage. She has married again and has two children now. She is happy now. We still remain good friends even though she is my ex-wife. I occasionally meet their family members and even today, they see as their family member.”

Sumanth has even said that it was their mutual decision to get separated as their relation was going on a rough patch. Keerthy was later seen in a few wedding that happened among the fashion world of Tollywood.

Sumanth has seen a lot of ups and downs in his career. He is currently playing a lead role in a film called Kapatadaari, which is directed by Pradeep Krishnamurthy. Nandita Shweta and Pooja Kumar are playing the leading ladies in this film.
