Actor Sudeep is one of the top heroes of the Kannada film industry and he is popular among other south film industries and Bollywood as well. Tamil audience remember him for his performance as the villain in Naan Ee, the SS Rajamouli directed movie that starred Nani and Samantha.

He was also seen in Mudinja Ivana Pudi directed by KS Ravikumar, Vijay starrer Puli directed by Chimbudeven and also in the biggest blockbuster Baahubali The Beginning in a small cameo role. Sudeep is now all set to return to Tamil with his next big multilingual project.

Sudeep's Kannada movie Pailwaan directed by debutant Krishna will be releasing worldwide on August 29, and the movie will be released in Tamil as Bayilwaan. The movie will feature Sudeep as a wrestler and will have him paired with Aakanksha Singh, and Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty will play an important role.
