Star director busy nurturing his dream project with Allu Arjun

At least since 2016, ‘Manam’ and ’24’ director Vikram Kumar has been planning to helm a stupendous movie with Allu Arjun as the hero. More than five years later, he still nurtures the dream.

In a recent interview, the ’13B’ director revealed that he has leveraged the free time bestowed by the lockdown to brainstorm further on the script meant for Bunny. It’s not known as to what is the nature of the subject, but the ‘Gang Leader’ maker described it as his dream project. 

Now that Sukumar’s ‘Pushpa’ is making a national star out of the Icon Star, expect Vikram to make his dream project with Bunny as a pan-India project whenever Lady Luck smiles at him. 

In February last year, after the blockbuster of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, Bunny happened to host a bash at his residence in Hyderabad. Vikram was one of the guests there. It seems the director has been in touch with the Mega hero for years. 

Back in 2016, Vikram had little competition from the likes of Prashanth Neel. But the scenario has changed a lot since then. He will now have to outcompete the likes of Neel to be able to secure Bunny’s dates. Will he?
