Legendary actress Sridevi has finally talked about the 'Baahubali' offer which she supposedly rejected for the wrong reasons. Saying that she has been asked about the same in city after city, the 'MOM' actress has made it clear that she never demanded a hefty pay package as has been wrongly rumoured.
It has been reported that Sridevi sought an unrealistic remuneration of Rs. 8 Cr, besides putting forward other crazy demands.
Sridevi has denied these wild allegations. Saying that she has been hurt by the same, the soft-spoken actress has also added that Rajamouli is a great technician who is said to be calm and dignified. "I was shocked when I heard them say that I made such demands. No, I never did that. I wish Rajamouli all the best. May he continue to do great films like Baahubali," Sridevi has said.
The actress of 300 films and about 50 years of standing also wonders why rejecting Sivagami has been made into such a big issue. "In my career, I happened to reject many roles. Some of the films turned out to be super hits. But when nobody ever talked about them, why are they asking me the same question even after two parts?" she has wondered.
