Soundarya Rajinikanth and husband Vishagan meet M.K. Stalin to make COVID 19 donation

Tamil Nadu one of the states in India to be severely affected by the COVID 19 second wave on Thursday reported 30,621 new cases out of 1,58,129 samples tested with 297 deaths.  The new Chief Minister M.K. Stalin had requested the public to donate generously to the Chief Minister's fund to combat the virus spread and revive the economy as well.

We had reported earlier that the Sivakumar family comprising of Suriya, Jyothika and Karthi donated rupees one crore, director A.R. Murugadoss 25 lakhs and earlier today Thala Ajith rupees twenty-five lakhs.

It has now been reported that Superstar Rajinikanth's younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and her husband Vishagan Vanangamudi met M.K. Stalin in person and handed over a cheque of rupees one crore to the relief fund.

The amount was donated on behalf of Vaseegaran's company Apex Laboratories and the CM thanked them for the same.
