Superstar Rajnikanth, who was last seen in Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj has also completed his 167th movie Darbar directed by AR Murugadoss and the movie is getting ready to release on January 9, a week before Pongal. Now Rajnikanth has started shooting for his 168th movie.
Directed by Siva after his blockbuster Viswasam, Thalaivar 168 as the project is called, also stars Meena, Khushbhu, Keerthy Suresh, Prakashraj, Sathish, Soori and has music by D Imman. Sathish and Soori had an awesome start to 2020, as they met Superstar Rajnikanth on the sets, and shared photos.
Sathish tweeted it was the best new year of his life, and that he grew up seeing him, today he’s with him and forever he’ll be with him, and thanked the team of the movie. Soori had tweeted wishing everyone a happy new year and expressed that the new year began with Superstar’s blessings.
