Following the success of Namma Veetu Pillai, fans of Sivakarthikeyan are eagerly looking forward to his upcoming projects, one of which is Hero, directed by P.S. Mithran of Irumbu Thirai fame.

The makers have released the second look of 'Hero' on social media. " Fiery. Fierce. Fantastic. #HeroSecondLook is here!" KJR Studios' post read. It was recently announced that Bollywood actor Abhay Deol will be playing the antagonist in the film. Kalyani Priyadarshan, who has been roped in to play the female lead, will be making her maiden venture in Tamil.

Produced by KJR Studios, the distributors of Ajith's Viswasam, Hero has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The movie will reportedly hit the screens across the world in December.
