Sivakarthikeyan's 'Ayalaan' is all set for a grand release this Friday. Not only the team has locked the final output, but also the makers have cleared the legal obligations which were clouding the film's release. Now, it is very certain that the fantasy sci-fi entertainer is going to be a Pongal treat to the fans.

The Chennai High Court restrained the film's release for four weeks back in December in a case filed by TSR Company over a financial dispute with KJR Studios. Now, a report from TOI suggests that the producers have sorted out the financial dues to ensure a smooth release of 'Ayalaan'. The fans are super happy and this news is going viral now.

'Ayalaan' directed by R Ravikumar is one of the long-pending films in Tamil cinema. The film finally releases on January 12th. It revolves around the life of a farmer who bumps into an alien on Earth. Sivakarthikeyan, Rakul Preet Singh, Yogi Babu, Sharad Kellar, Isha Koppikar and others play the main roles in the movie with music composed by AR Rahman.
