Shocking! Ex-girlfriend attacks married man with acid

In a shocking incident of acid attack, 20-year-old Supriya has attacked 23-year-old Nagender with acid in Kurnool district.

Reports say that the duo had been in love for three years. The elders of Nagender didn't agree to their marriage citing caste-related reasons. Nagender got married to another woman in August.

However, Supriya allegedly kept insisting that he should live with her. A few days ago, she tried to pour acid on his face but Nagender survived the attack with minor injuries. On Friday, she staged one more acid attack. This time, Nagender couldn't escape and suffered facial injuries.

An FIR has been filed by the police. The victim is undergoing treatment in a hospital in Nandyal.
