Shiv Sena MP's unruly behavior caught on cam: Barred from flying

Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad physically assaulted an Air India Airlines officer, and the incident has been recorded on camera.
Mr. Gaikwad, a first MP from Sena traveled from Pune to Delhi on Friday in an Air India flight that landed around 10:30 AM. The lawmaker refused to alight, as he was unsatisfied with not being able to to travel in the business class of the all-economy flight. Mr. Gaikwad insisted on seeing the top officials of the management.
Customers Relations Manager, Kumar who tried to communicate with the MP was verbally and physically assaulted. 60 year old Kumar was whipped with a slipper and was almost pushed from the step-ladder before staffers aided.
Following the incident, Air India had sought a 'no-fly list' to bar unruly passengers from the airlines. A source from the Federation of Indian Airlines has said that the Shiv Sena MP has been barred from flying in the federation's member carriers which included IndiGo, Jet Airways, SpiceJet & GoAir.
