Charming Star Sharwanand is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited sports drama Biker, which is set to hit theatres on April 3. The film, directed by Abhilash Reddy Kankara and produced by UV Creations, is being promoted as India’s first complete motocross drama. Malavika Nair plays the female lead, while veteran actor Rajasekhar appears in a powerful role.
With the film already generating strong buzz through its character glimpses and the first two songs, the team is confident that Biker will deliver a unique cinematic experience.
Speaking at a recent press interaction, music director Ghibran shared his excitement about the project and called it a special film in his career. He revealed that he had been waiting for a strong comeback project after Saaho, and the script of Biker immediately convinced him.
According to Ghibran, the film is not just about racing and action but also carries strong emotional depth, particularly highlighting the bond between a father and son. He added that the racing sequences are designed to deliver a seat-edge experience for audiences, even for those who are unfamiliar with motocross racing.

The composer also noted that working on a racing-based film came with technical challenges. Since bike racing scenes naturally feature loud engine sounds, the team carefully balanced the background score and sound design using advanced technology to ensure the music remains impactful.
Ghibran praised Sharwanand’s performance, saying audiences will see a new side of the actor in this film and that the role is likely to earn him significant appreciation.
He also spoke highly of director Abhilash Reddy, describing him as a disciplined filmmaker with clear musical vision. The film features eight songs, including one full-length track while the rest appear as montage songs within the narrative.
Backed by the strong production values of UV Creations, Biker promises a blend of high-octane racing sequences and emotional storytelling, making it a unique addition to Telugu cinema.
Apart from Biker, Ghibran is also working on a Tamil film titled Leader, which is expected to release in April. With growing anticipation, Biker is set to arrive in theatres on April 3.
