‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’: OTT streaming date made official

‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ was released in theatres on May 12. It started streaming on Amazon Prime Video on a pay-per-view basis three weeks after its theatrical release.

From June 23, the Mahesh Babu-starrer is going to stream for Amazon Prime’s regular subscribers. In other words, you don’t have to pay any extra amount to watch the Parasuram Petla directorial if you are a Prime subscriber. 

Starring Keerthy Suresh as the heroine, ‘SVP’ was a theatrical hit. Samuthirakani played the main antagonist.

What is the film about?

Mahesh (Mahesh Babu) is the head of Mahi Finance Corporation somewhere in the US. When it comes to recovering the loans given to his customers, he shows no mercy. He falls in love with Kalavathi (Keerthy Suresh), who makes him believe that she needs a loan of USD 10,000 toward an educational purpose. When she doesn’t repay the loan, the drama leads to Mahesh directly confronting her father Rajendra Nath (Samuthirakani), a Rajya Sabha MP in Vizag. The rest of the film is about how the confrontation snowballs into something massive.
