Netizens troll Sai Pallavi over remarks about Indian Army

Sai Pallavi got into a Woke mode in a recent interview, probably believing that a certain section of the audience will find her enlightened. She commented on the lines of ‘One man’s terrorist is another man’s revolutionary’ rhetoric, but ended up making a weak point.

“Pakistani people think Indian security forces are terrorists, while we think the same about Pakistan,” the ‘Love Story’ actor said.

The ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ beauty has been relentlessly trolled for the foot-in-the-mouth remarks. “There is a difference between a defending side and an offensive side. Pakistanis can think of the Indian army as terrorists but they have been on the wrong side of history, killing our Jawans and blasting our cities. Just because a nation that exports terrorists to India think ill of our side, we need not peddle their sh*tty viewpoints to feel good about ourselves,” a Facebook user wrote, lecturing Sai Pallavi.

In the same interview, the ‘Fidaa’ actress also “equated” the lynching of a single Muslim with the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Hindus by terrorists in the early 1990s. Video clips of her controversial remarks have been widely shared on the Internet.
